The MADE IN project is a platform for research, design and heritage. Its goal is promoting an exchange between traditional craftsmanship and contemporary design and thereby highlighting the future potential of cooperative and interdisciplinary practices for sustainable, innovative and local production systems. Over 1000 craftspeople, designers, researchers, cultural and scientific professionals and members of wider audiences participate in various projects, such as workshops, courses, seminars and conferences. The Dresden Kunstgewerbemuseum and Design Campus are taking part in two residencies.
